Brenda Howard's Telecommuting Site.
I have about 6 articles written, so far, about telecommuting.
I also have 9 links pages covering everything in the following
subject areas:
Associations
Conferences
Bookstore
Fun
Help Wanted
Home Office
Manager's Meeting
News
Research
Success Stories.

I write a new feature each week and bring new links to the
links resource section each week. I've looked over most
of the sites on the Internet about Telecommuting and feel
very comfortable that my sight is the most comprehensive
one out there--even though I've only had the site for one
month!
I am not "selling" anything at the site, except books,
and those are there for the convenience of the viewers.
There is no membership fee and anyone can come by anytime
and benefit from the information presented. Whether
you're interested in Telecommuting/Teleworking as an
employee or you are an organization contemplating a
telecommuting program, you'll find the information
on my site.
I'm very direct and you'll find that my articles, "Tell it
like it is". I also try to keep up beat and provide a
humorous slant.

The Articles of Andrew Bibby.
I'm a sucker for the articles of Yorkshire journalist Andrew Bibby. Perhaps because I'm a Yorkshireman myself. Andrew has written telecommuting and teleworking articles for a number of top newspapers
and published books on the subject. Take a look at some of his work on his basic, no frills, website:
http://www.eclipse.co.uk/pens/bibby/telework.html or go straight to
http://www.eclipse.co.uk/pens/bibby/why_twk.html for one of his articles on telework Is Telework right for you? This is a slightly modified version of Making the Decision: is Telework right for you?, a chapter originally published in 'Home is Where the Office is: A Practical Handbook
for Teleworking from Home' by Andrew Bibby.

Consumer Advice, etc

Fraud Stats
As far as I know all of you are honest and trustworthy
people. But that doesn't mean everyone on the Web is.
Even though they've been clamped down on, there are still
frauds and scams out there in Internet Land.
If you want to avoid loosing the shirt off your back,
point your browser to:

http://www.fraud.org/Internet/intstat.htm

The site is run by America's National Consumers League,
and one of its aims is to help you spot what a scam
looks like. Is it mainly credit cards that are the problem? It seems
not - only 19 percent of Internet fraud victims pay by credit card.
